Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar provides direct service to students (past and present), University administrators, and academic units. The office performs key functions that support instruction, such as producing the term class schedule, the UMC Course Catalog, scheduling final examinations, and registering students.

The office assesses tuition and fees, creates and maintains student records, distributes transcripts, produces diplomas, and administers University academic policies. The office also provides certification and assistance for veterans and their dependents who are eligible for educational benefits from the Veterans Administration.
