Financial Aid Checks Not Credited Through Students Accounts Receivable

A small number of financial aid programs have payments disbursed by separate checks and not credited through the system. The date your check(s) will be available depends on the date the agency mails the check(s) to the Office of Admissions and Student Financial Aid.

Examples of some programs that will continue to send separate checks are:

• BIA and State Indian Scholarship

• Outside Scholarships

• Alternative Loans

• Americorps Credit
